Luke Yager Law Clerk (816) 756-1144
Luke joined Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, P.C. on May 16, 2011 as a law clerk. Luke earned his bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia in December of 2008. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Luke went to work full time saving money for his law school plans. He currently attends the University of Missouri – Kansas City Law School and is pursing his Juris Doctorate. Luke is a native of Palmyra, MO. When he is not busy with law school or at work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family pursuing his hobbies. Luke enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoors in general. Luke and his friends have a couple of yearly activities that they enjoy together. These include an annual float trip that they take together, a trout fishing trip to Bennett Springs, and a spring turkey hunt in Kansas.
Luke is pretty laid back and enjoys joking around A LOT so do not take anything he says seriously. He always has a couple of small projects going around his house. He says this is to give him some excuse to take breaks from studying. If you are ever enjoying nature and see him around, stop and say hi because Luke does not know a stranger and will probably have some big fish story he wants to tell you.
