We would only recommend Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook to those in need of a bankruptcy attorney.  Jeff Wagoner handled our case as if it was the only one he was working on at the time when we know that was far from the truth.  It is an understatement when I say that our case was a very difficult case to handle but Jeff, Karen and all the staff worked very diligently to stay on top of our case and work everything to the best of our benefit for the type of situation we were in. I loved the way everything went so smoothly at the 341.  I saw others with unprepared Attorney's and really felt sorry for them.  With as little as I make it was hard to pay more, but worth every penny in the long run.  Thanks for being there for me when I was really feeling bad about myself and the situation I was in.
