Aaron joined Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, P.C. on May 12, 2008 

as a law clerk.  Although he grew up in Springfield, Missouri, 

Aaron decided to leave the Midwest to pursue his Bachelor’s 

Degree in Hotel Administration, which he received in May of 2005 

from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.  After graduating and 

spending two years working as the Property Manager for the Fashion

 Show Mall in Las Vegas, Aaron made the decision to attend law 

school closer to his home, friends, and family.  He is currently 

pursuing his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri, Kansas 

City and will graduate in May of 2010.  In addition to working at 

Wagoner, Aaron also serves as a Law Clerk to the Chief Bankruptcy

Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of

 Missouri.  

Aaron is very active in his role as a law student.  He is the Program Editor 

of UMKC’s “Urban Lawyer,” which is the nation’s premier land use and local

 government publication.  He serves on the Executive Board of the Student

 Bar Association, sits on the faculty Policy and Planning Committee, and is 

a representative for Kaplan’s PMBR Bar Review course.

 In his spare time, Aaron enjoys traveling, reading, playing racquetball, enjoying an array of outdoor activities, 

and last but not least, spending time with his friends, family, and his seven and half year old dog.
